- I write about anything I find interesting. Hopefully that aligns with what at least some readers also find interesting. I adopted my avatar after writing an article about the 1953 movie Crime Wave (see Curbside Cinema: A Crime Wave Of Lincolns) because I liked the movie and the character. I later found out that the actor Sterling Hayden was quite a character, not a typical actor at all. Look him up, it's worth the time!
