Stumack knocked it out of the park with the ’56 Savoy, congratulations. Here’s something a little different. All I can tell you is it might not be what you think. Good luck!
CC Clue: Have You Seen This Duct?

Ford C-series cabover truck.
Sounds good- tilt-cab Ford
Mack used the cab; Ford bought it ~1957.

So I am going to guess it’s a fork!
The picture’s name is a giveaway. Maybe naming the clue’s pic CC001 would prevent cheating.
D’oh!
I totally gave that one away with the file name.
Cheat? I was a truck mechanic for 25 years.
1948 Tucker? Oh god, I’m probably completely off..
I am going to have to go with Ford C-series trucks too, what year no one knows since they were almost identical from 1957-1990.
I’ve been waiting for a CC on the C trucks since I saw the Boom/Platform Rig in the background of the first Truckstop Classic. The only truck to beat the Wagoneer for relatively unchanged production.
Guess I’ll have to make a run at lunchtime Monday. There’s been a C Series for sale near my office for over two years that I keep meaning to photograph for CCC. Tempting, but I already have a 1950 International L-170 project (for hay delivery), and I don’t think I could justify another large truck to my wife… (c:
