As you might expect, Junqueboi, our resident GM fan, got the ’62 Caddy’s distinctive turbo-vaned wheel cover. Well done.
It seems that a lot of cars of a certain age had pretty look-alike styling. This could perhaps be one of two dozen vehicles. But there’s only one right answer. Who has it?
Well, I’ll guess a late ’80s Dodge van.
going out on a limb a little earlier and am going to guess 1984-85 Dodge Mini-Ram 109″ wheelbase two tone Silver/Burgundy with a slant6 and auto transmission (but possibly a Tradesman)
83 or 84 Ram (Van) 250 LE.
’78 Malibu
1981-ish Plymouth Voyager?
Datsun 720
Gonna say, early 80’s (83-ish) Dodge or Plymouth full sized van.
I not only recognize the corner lamps, but the paint color too, very much Chrysler of that period.
This is quite clearly a 1979 Turdmobile with a half-padded roof and flaccid suspension.
You really think it’s a Ford product?
81-ish Mercury Cougar sedan
The basic look may be generic but once you factor in all the details there actually aren’t many options. The early-80s Dodge van is a decent choice but how about the 1982-83 Lincoln Continental?
Without a doubt the Dodge Ram Wagon/Mini Ram .
Note: Bolt for the bumper, bumper “character line”
Post 1986 judging by the lack of over-riders.
Another vote for the Malibu. Isn’t the headlight too low for it to be a van?
Looks Japanese-ish to me. My initial thought was old Mazda B-series. But I don’t think they had a separate indicator beside the headlight (and I think the US models had round headlights anyway?), so I have no idea!
RAM Van, of the stacked headlamps variety.
