I’m pretty sure that’s a circa-1953 Ford F100.
I’m going to throw my hat in: 69-72 GM truck/Blazer with extremely misaligned hood. Dad’s had one in the driveway for years.

I think Tom K. is close,but I’d say It’s a 1956 F-100 due to the curve at the top of the door. Or not.
