I’m still a newbie here but I thought I would go ahead and pierce my Curbside Classic Clue virginity and get this one out to my fellow Curbdwellers. When I do these over in the Hooniverse, they seem to be solved rather quickly but this is the most obscure one I have posted. It is a personal image so good luck out there in GoogleLand.

Yeah, those goofy little hook things on the back deck are quite common on 60s—80s Italian low-end ragtops. They hold the “hood bag” over the top when folded down.
