My best guess is a Fox-body Granada/Cougar, but it could be some early 80s Japanese car too.

Something with lame, cheesy, factory wire wheel covers like my Chevy Celebrity had in a massive 13 in size. (But still with 5 bolts per wheel, YO!)
Yes, it’s definitely FWD, and that wheel and wire cover certainly look like GM, probably 14″.
I can’t figure out the scooped-out horizontal section – most of the GMs had fairly flat sides in the 80s though. Could also be some K-car variant.
