Kevin Martin came oh-so-close on the Schuco Caddy, but LAx was right behind him, identifying it as a 1967-68 model.
Yes, I know; not much to go on here. But I’ve seen you guys do more with less. Carry on…

Tom – you going to the Iowa City CC meet-up next Saturday?
Yep. I will be there.
If I wasn’t on the other side of the country (I live in Alexandria, VA) I would have driven out to Iowa in a heartbeat. And I’d be doing the drive in my ’91 740.
By the way, I went to check out an ’87 780 Bertone the other day, but passed on it because I had forgotten it had that stupid lump of an engine, the PRV V-6.
You need to find a 780 Turbo 🙂
You might be interested to know my brother bought his first Volvo back in January, a burnt orange ’11 C30. He drove up to Wisconsin to get it.
His two previous cars were a ’73 ‘cuda 340 and ’01 Dakota Sport 4×4, so we were shocked to say the least. He absolutely loves it though!
Pic from the night he bought it (my wagon is to its right):
Considering my rustiest car was a 1987 Caprice wagon in roughly this shade of blue, I’m going to say 1987 GM B-Body (because there’s a rust inhibitor sticker in the window). My rust was “inhibited” too, but eight winters in Wisconsin convinced it to shed its inhibitions.
Looks like an A-Body wagon to me. The vertical trim looks like the divider between the fixed rear window and the pop-out vent window behind it.
My gut tells me that’s a Chevrolet color. So I’ll say ’78 Malibu Classic Wagon.
I think you may be right. Does remind me of my parents’ 1981 Cutlass Cruiser.
Ford Fairmount Wagon, although it reminds me of every car i can remember that came in sky blue.
that’s my problem with figuring out these clues. the color reminds me of every car I Like and remember in that color and I end up searching and daydreaming while forgetting all about the task at hand.
The font on that sticker looks ’70s or earlier, so I’ll guess 1968 Coronet hardtop.
