Looks like a 1968-74 Nova wheel well to me.
Bingo, that’s my thought too and I owned a ’74 4 door, which this appears to be.
My thoughts exactly. My now-wife drove a 1975 Nova for ten years; I rebuilt everything on that car! It had over 250K miles on the original 250-6 engine and T350 transmission when it was used in a demo derby (placed second). Engine was still good and the demo driver was going to pull engine/trans and give it to his brother for another project. Now that’s a tough car!

I initially guessed the ’74 Nova (or its clones) but on second thought, I could WELL be the ’75-79 versions.
