W114 Mercedes, (or W115) with the 1968-1969 bumper?

I would say mercedes W114/115 too. Growing up staring at that rear end, my family had one in the garage for a long time. It belonged to my grandfather, my grandma kept it for a very long time after he passed away shortly after he got the car, just can’t bear to sell it I guess, as it was rarely used.
I was going to say early Jaguar XJ, but W114/115 I can see working, too. The rough timeframe is right, because you know a bumper like that wouldn’t have survived the Nixon administration.
It’s in Oregon and was registered in an October.
It’s in Oregon, and the registration expired two years ago. The month tag doesn’t have the white box with the serial number.
