The Professor took us all to school on the clue for the Cougar. Now that we have spent some time at the sign of the cat, it is time for another clue.
As you can see, today’s clue is just as colorful as yesterday’s. You wanted Turquoise? Well, Curbside Classic found you some Turquoise! Hmmm. And on a vehicle that came equipped with at least one wiper. Enough with the hints, I will let you take over from here.
Mid ’50s GM. I can’t narrow it down from there. I’m going to say 55 Chevy car.
This Turquoise looks Too Blue But I will Guess The Amphicar.?
’56 Buick
The Amphicar?
MG Midget. Probably 70’s ish.
That color screams Nash Metropolitan.
Somehow that seems like a Ford Turqouise, so I’ll say a ’56.
Doesn’t the hood seem too close to the windshield for a standard 50’s American car?
Is that an astute observation? Or not?
Heh, well, got the year right, anyway,
That looks more like a Fridge door than a Windshield wiper arm.
I never noticed the details when I took the picture, only when I went to insert it into the clue. That is the most massive, hefty, complicated wiper arm pivot I have ever seen.
