It can’t be a 67 – they don’t have side marker lights. 68’s have little round ones. So, 69 or later.
Ya know…I sure don’t remember ever seeing a fussy little rubber-lined rub strip like that one on any Valiant or Dart.
could also be 1970-1-2 Plymouth Duster . . . Had a roommate who had one… slant-six experience and all…

I’m no good as guessing these (I don’t usually try, and whatever pops into my head is usually way off base), but 1978-80 Ford Fiesta was the first thing that came to mind when I saw the photo….

Again, without looking at prior comments, this appears to be a Plymouth Valiant, model year ’69 or ’70.
First try ever at one of these. Just my instant gut reaction and nothing to go on but instinct.

The Valiant front ends had slight design variations between 1967 and 1975. The picture looks most closely like a 1970, with the rectangular chrome-trimmed side marker lights and a vinyl side strip with the extended chrome cap at its leading edge. Latter Valiants had raised side markers and a vinyl strip without the cap.
God, I’m such a car nerd.
In my little world, it is impossible to know too much about Valiants. 🙂
