After several Brougham-tastic guesses, Michael finally came through on the Cadillac Brougham clue. Well done, sir.
This is, perhaps, a more generous clue than I am used to giving. Will it help? Or have I spilled too many beans? We shall all find out tomorrow, will we not?
No idea what it is, but I love it and can’t wait to see the rest.
Ah, a prewar car that has not had giant aftermarket wheels tacked onto it. How pleasantly refreshing!
… and they say cars all look the same today!
It looks like a coupe around 1932-35, with a normal trunk lid not a rumble seat. It has an octagonal stamping surrounding the centre badge on the hubcap and a perhaps a very thin logo – but not one I recognise.
I’m pretty sure that line on the center is a reflection, because the logo looks like a red hexagon. Which leads me to guess a mid 30’s Packard.
’32 Packard Light Eight.
