Wheee, dogies! Props to TimB who nailed the Olds 442 clue about 9 seconds after it hit cyberspace. So Tim, whatcha got for us today? I doubt that this one will be quite as easy. However, I have been wrong before.

1983-84 VW Rabbit GTI. The painted fender flare would have originally been black.
1980-1993 VW Cabriolet
(Actually, known as the Rabbit Convertible in 1980-1984. Exactly the same car, though.)
Mitsubishi Starion
I don’t know why I bother! The closest I got was yesterday; the winner picked Olds Cutlass 442……I pick Olds Omega SX. Story of my life, close, but never close enough for the brass ring!
Me too!Right decade and manufacturer for the AMC Hornet AMX.Thought it was a Gremlin
1982 Toyota Supra?
That was my first inclination.
1986 Jeep Cherokee?
I’ll throw in my guess for either a 1984-1986 Mitsubishi Starion or it’s Chrysler Conquest twin. Definitely 1980’s though.
Datsun 310GX
That’s my default answer whenever I have no clue.
One day, I’ll be right.
Since we’ve been on a bit of a theme this week, I’ll go Volare Road Runner.
Jeep J10/J20
A1 Rabbit-Golf of some kind.
That’s actually the 4wd version of the 1961 Rambler Ambassador wagon. This was the inspiration for the 1963 Jeep Wagoneer but sold poorly because of pronounced fender flares and a jacked-up body. In time this look would become normal among SUVs, but in the early-60s it went against the lower-longer-wider mentality.
Golf Mk 1 Cabriolet.
