So many cars had this grille style. All I can tell is: 1) it’s not a broughamy car because only the grille surround is chrome…the center section is blacked out; and 2) it could be anything from the 70s to the 80s. I would agree maybe a Chevy or Ford.
Indeed this must be one of the most common themes for grilles, at least in the past. Must be why the parts were called “grilles”. Nowadays a set of horizontal lines seem to be the rage.

Yep, eggcrates were a common theme back in the day. And I’m not going to guess because I just don’t feel like googling all of the choices.
