This was the highlight of my walk this morning. It’s always nice finding multiple CCs in one shot and this is one of my better twofer finds. Although there’s a fair number of each of them still around, the odds of seeing a Chevette and Omni-Horizon together just aren’t so hot anymore. And there’s even an old Subaru wagon back there, but it’s not worthy of front billing. I did an Omnirizon CC fairly recently, and I have an even better Chevette in the can for its upcoming CC, so consider this one a warm-up act.
I realize the Chevette can be quite hate fodder, but I had a 79 Chevette that served me well. Yeah it was powerless and dull, but as basic transportation it did was it was supposed to do: take you from point A to point B. In other words, it was a primitive Camry for me. 😛
