Found this on the road near Houston TX, but had trouble getting closer to take a better picture of what appears to be a hearse on its way to meet its maker? Or perhaps a funeral home hit hard times (or bit the dust!) and sold it down the river.
This appears to be a Cadillac-based hearse. I looked up the current models for S&S, Superior, and Eagle and the rear door and side panels look too plain for any of their offerings. Anybody care to hazard a guess as to the manufacturer?
With the obscene power that the modern Challenger is capable of putting to the road, I wonder if anyone has ever considered selling these as a set.
Ha! Best comment of the week!

JP wins the internet, yet again!
Heh heh….I see what you did there……!
Does it have a Hearse shifter?
Life’s in the past lane.
The Hearse can be described as a “3-3-1”
Three passengers in the front seat
Three passengers in the second row
and…
One on the floor
Undignified! The gravedigger is dressed appropriately, but the dear departed should be in a velvet-lined packing case, like the way ’56 Continentals were shipped.
There appears to be a nineties to early aughts Chevy truck on the bottom of the carrier. Did anyone notice that?
What an obscure collection of vehicles!
Had to get out the magnifying glass for that and yup, there it was!
One on the deck two up top I bet that sways in a crosswind, no idea what the hearse is.
