Not local politicians, the head shots on the side window are Dr. Fauci and President Zelenskyy. The car wasn’t local either, Washington State plates in central California.
It was well-done, and the car was clean, straight, shiny and quiet. I snapped it turning north onto California Highway 1; it could have been driving straight through back to Washington (Hwy 1 merges with US101 a few hundred miles further north and continues through to the Olympic Peninsula). It would have been a comfortable ride, though perhaps not much fun on the twistier sections of 1 north of San Francisco.
It would look better if they removed the vinyl and put the blue and stars on the roof and pillars. That would hide the hideous door frame/sail panel intersection on the original car.
Disgusting. For some reason, I always find it wrong when people wear clothing like the flag or use our flag in other ways that seem inappropriate. This would certainly be one of those things that I find wrong.
I was beginning to think I was the only one who disliked the cheapening of our flag in such ways.
It’s similar to those guys (well, usually guys) who stick full-sized one on a flagpole into the rear stake pocket of their pickup truck, and then let it get filthy and tattered from road grime and 70 mph winds as they drive down the highway. So disrespectful. Drives the Boy Scout in me NUTS.
Me, I get considerably more bothered by people who shpit on the nominal values of the country than by whatever which way people might behave toward a piece of cloth. I also got cordially disinvited to continue my participation in the cub scouts. Which is cause and which is effect, I leave as an exercise for the reader.
Can’t get a make on the two head shots in the window of the middle door. Might be local politicians??

Vulgar, tacky and offensive.
#ProveMeWrong
Sure is but it looks like a well executed paint job, not a sloppy mess.

True.
On this we can agree.
Tacky yes, but why offensive? It’s not Hitler’s Mercedes 770 with a giant swastika painted on it.
After the election, it could be efficiently repurposed as a KFC catering car, for large events or parties.
A a limo in every garage and a chicken in every bucket!
It reminds me of “Dazzle” camouflage.
This sort of thing used to be very common and I miss them greatly .

It reminds me of Uncle Sam on Stilts as seen in every Fourth of July parade ever. Just now done horizontally in a laptop friendly viewing format.

Do you find this disgusting? I do, but not because of the flag clothing.

Thanx Paul ;
America isn’t supposed to be a white country, too many forget that fact .
