This is the South Shore of Long Island… Elevated LIRR Tracks are a dead giveaway… probably taken on Sunrise Hwy… Nassau County… not sure which station though because the stations have been ‘refreshed’ since I lived on LI… and the colors possibly changed. If memory serves only Massapeaqua Park and Seaford were brown in color… Nice food cart though… be a real big hit in downtown Portland! lol
I’m not sure if this really counts as a “CC Effect”, but I’m commenting from my cell phone on a Babylon Branch train right now, one which just passed this same station – it’s Merrick, two stops west of where I’m now getting off in Wantagh. Don’t see any pigs of this kind, just the usual inconsiderate jerks who have been yapping on their cell phones since before we reached Jamaica.
The Bellmore train station, one stop away from this station, has a good size car show every Friday night. Lots of cars are there, the real wild stuff comes out after 9.
It does suck for the poor bastards that come from the train to their station car squeezed between all the 69 Cameros and 442s.
That is a rough way to end a 12 hour day.
