Having committed a CC Deadly Sin by posting two French cars back-to-back, I must make amends. How about this Grand Wagoneer clothing cart shot in Boston and posted at the Cohort by dmala? Does get me off the hook? Anything that has a sign on it “Wear A Woody” has got to be ok, even if it was a Citroen H Van. We should all wear woodies….discretely, preferably.
Cohort Sighting: Jeep Grand Wagoneer Clothing Cart – “Wear A Woody”

Silly me, I figured that the two French cars were ballast to offset the triple Broughamshot we got first off. 🙂
I must say, I have never seen a Jeep GW with this kind of paint treatment. I wonder how they answered at the Bureau of Motor Vehicles when they went to title it: “What color?” They would probably just give up and say “Brown”.
You might say…poor use of resources.
That GW was worth a lot more before he started bleeding paint all over it. EVEN if the running gear was toast, there are people who’ll buy the shell to rebuild with. And restored Waggys bring top dollar.
Couldn’t he find a Country Squire to do that to?
Posting two French cars is a Deadly Sin? No, that’s desirable. Posting two broughams or 70’s personal coupes is a Deadly (and that’s putting it mildly) Sin.
More French cars. At least they’re unique and interesting.
So say you. I was planning to skip those articles entirely.
I agree with you but I couldn’t resist the stretched LeCar.
I might take my camera to the local Pug dealer yes such a thing does exist here and shoot a new shock horror Peugeot Partner van, turbo diesel awesome little weapon, its not like Paul will find one in Eugene easily but of course without fake wood it will never be featured here.
Please do. I regret not being able to browse new Pugs, Citroens and Renaults in the showroom. Last holdout was McLaughlin Peugeot in Moline, they lasted until ’91. They sell Volvo, Cadillac and Subaru now–that’s where I got my wagon.
Just Passing Thru. it’s not painted. it’s wrapped.
Okay…I see now it’s not paint splotches but a backdrop of balloons.
Still and all…if he’s reduced to selling clothes out of the back of his car, he ought to sell that one and buy something cheaper.
IMHO, of course.
