Thanks to the efforts of StromBlogger (Bill above), CC’s presence on Facebook is up and running. All our content is now available without having to ever leave Facebookland. The Facebook button on the menu bar is hot and awaits your click. Now here’s the thing: according to FB policy, to protect the Curbside Classic name on FB, we need at least 25 “friends” (or “likers”, I assume). That shouldn’t be hard, I hope. So although I know we have plenty of new CC friends already (we’re averaging 5k views daily), if 25 of you would be so kind to express your liking, it would be most appreciated. And thanks again, Bill.
CC On Facebook: Update: Already Found 50 Likers – Thanks!

I’m #22! 5,000 views a day sounds like you’re off to a good start.
“Friends”? Or “Likes”? I’m not seeing a friend link.
I think “like” seems to be good enough. Maybe Friends is for individual sites; this is a “business” site.
Paul, thanks for the shout-out… it was a pleasure lending a hand to a great grass-roots project where I had a bit of knowledge to share. Regarding the Facebook “Like” vs. “Friends” debate… Until a few months ago, Facebook pages had “Fans”. If you liked a page, you became a “Fan”. It was very easy to distinguish “liking” something vs. being a “fan” of something. “Friends” were relegated to personal pages, until you found cause to “un-friend” someone… but I digress. 😉
Now, you can “Like” comments, and you can also “Like” pages. Other than causing utter confusion, what’s not to like?
Done!
