I first stumbled on fordsix.com when I had some minor issues with my…Ford six. Like all forums, it’s a cornucopia of excellent advice and resources. In addition to the big six, the small “Falcon” six section is even livelier, because of its popularity among performance enthusiasts. It’s simply amazing how the horsepower number keep going up, and up. Now thanks to a project to create a new aluminum cylinder head from scratch has numbers going up to 350 hp, without boost or nitro. And curiously enough, it’s not a cross flow design like the legendary Ozzie Falcon head. I guess those little 13″ tires are going to need a bit of an upgrade.

It is truly amazing what can be done with “old tech” engines when like minded individuals get together.
Though the one pictured does have a little help from a turbo.

It truly looks good!
I thought a crossflow would be a better start point but then my shadetree doesnt boast casting facilities. Might need a tranny upgrade along with them tyres.
