I believe its a “54 or early ’55. They changed body style mid-way through the 55 model year.
I be a bit reticent to accept any cones from any ice cream jalopy driving ex con dude. 🙂

I must have been really underprivileged, as we had Mr. Softee and Divix milk trucks, but our sno-cone man just had an ice machine sticking out the trunk of his beat-up gray ’51 Dodge.
I have never seen one of these in real life, just on “Suzy Chapstick” commercials. Sniff…
