Brings back memories of the ’56 Corvette pedal car dad got me for Christmas 1957. Kept it for over 40 years, and when I finally put it up for sale I was stunned at what I got for it. Of course it helped that mom never allowed me to play with it outside, so it was in fairly mint condition when I let it go.
Warmest wishes to all in the CC community–I rarely miss a day, and am grateful to the efforts of Paul and all mods/contributors.
This is apparently the reverse-side order blank for today’s Fury; I see it was “governed for juvenile use,” and the $495 price (CPI Calculator says about $3800 today):
Thanks to this site, the writers, and commenters I am able to distract myself with far too much time each day to one of my favorite passions. Happy Holidays to each and every one of you, and may the New Year bring lots of joy and prosperity!
I no longer resent my parents for not getting me a power wheels car when I was a kid, being from the era they clearly must have known how much of a come down those battery powered pieces of plastic were from THIS!
That’s nice. Want one!
And a Merry Christmas to you and all of the CC family.
Top speed 28 mph! What corporate lawyer thought that was a good idea? Or, boy how times have changed.
Merry Christmas to all.

Mazel Tov!
The long-lost K-Car prototype.
I’m dreaming of a Christmas Fury!
I’d even give up my Red Ryder BB gun for one of these!
You’ll shoot your eye out.
I’d be happy with the Chrysler Imperial Lamborghini Edition that Bib Lutz had built. Hope it wasn’t crushed !

Hmm…the fine print states, “Acceptance of this order by Creative Industries is subject to its receiving 50 Plymouth Dealer orders.”
Makes me wonder if these were ever produced, particularly since it was modeled after a family sedan, and not a sports/sporty model.
