We had a pretty steady roster of COAL contributors these past few months, but it’s that time again to find new ones, ready to dig into their automotive memories and share them here at CC. What we’re looking for? Some willing souls committed to creating one entry a week, telling about the cars that meant something in their lives; be it family cars, high school rides, first cars, and so on. From the vehicles that you loved to those that failed short of expectations.
Our interests are varied here at CC, so let us know what you’ve in mind. If you feel ready for the task, make a list of what you plan to cover and send us an email at curbsideclassic@gmail.com
I have an “autobiography” I can send for consideration. I have some photos of a handful of the various cars. I am 72 years old and have been driving since I was 12. Legally since 15
Cool .
I wish I were a decent wordsmith .

I would love to contribute some day – COALs are one of my favourite things to read on CC. I’m unfortunately only on car #2, hopefully many more to come!
I’d be interested in contributing a COAL series. I wrote about Betty, my ’64 Impala, for Curbside Classic 10 years ago. I still have the car and could give a brief update at the end of the existing story.
Over 40+ years of driving, I’ve had an eclectic collection of 11 cars, ranging from a Cadillac Sedan de Ville to a Mazda Miata. Some of the cars and their stories will be more interesting than others, but as the site says, “every car has a story.” I have pictures for most of them also.
My writing isnt really good enough but the list of cars is long but with many repeats of brands, mostly unfamiliar to US readers, even my current cars are not seen much here and my daily wasnt sold in the US, my pet car was some 58 years ago but youre unlikely to see one, they are rare in their home country in roadworthy condition,
Maybe I’ll try it can only be rejected.
I’d read em kiwi, maybe somebody could help with editing them.
