Looks like the intent is to replicate, in premise if not in precise detail, the armored tanker from the climactic scenes of “Road Warrior”
If not Road Warrior, somebody paid attention to the album art in Emerson Lake & Palmer’s “Tarkus”. (Nice goof on the Mack bulldog…)
