Andy’s photostream of his photoshops includes a few “failed/abandoned” ones, including these Chryslers. I wouldn’t have given them an “F” if I was grading them, but then my standards must be low. I’m a sucker for this kind of thing, and I keep kicking myself for not learning PS.
What grade do you give them?
The Chrysler 300 Town and Country Yacht Club edition is stunning, I would be drooling if I saw this at a car show, authenticity be damned.
If you want some disturbing dreams, ask AI to draw some failed Chryslers.
OMG! That is one seriously bad trip.
I have an affinity for all the Chrysler products underlying these, so seeing their basic lines in some alternative body styles is sort of cool.
The ’81 era Imperial is intriguing as it is mostly an adjustment of proportions, sort of a what if CAFE wasn’t a thing.
The true “broughams” with the open driver’s compartment don’t do much for me. The whole concept of making Jeeves sit in the elements while J. Worthington Gotbucks sat in the enclosed back is cringe worthy in my book.
Thank goodness the elitist ideas behind this thinking are long gone…ROFL….
That shooting break needs t-tops, it would then achieve a kind of perfection.
I am kind of liking several of these myself. That updated Town & Country roadster is cool as can be. Also, the stretched 63 New Yorkers reminds me what a shame it was that Chrysler stuck to a shorter wheelbase than previously on these cars. And that early 80s Imp is really, really cool – it just needs a pre-Hemi straight eight under the hood.
I would give him a solid B grade. Nothing better than some mashups to get the creative juices flowing. Here’s Jeremy Clarkson’s Citroen modern motorhome for example.
#3 with it’s 3 foot long C pillar/blind spot is interesting, but I think my favorite is #7, the tan one with a hood long enough for what, a V12 or a full V16?
My favorite is the “wide body” Chrysler 300 (top of the right column).
Hmmm different Bad Chad would do them in metal.
Nice nightmares. I have my own dark dreams with some Brazilian models of yore. But I am less sophisticated. I go by Paint brush to create my own monsters, as this Ford Delrey Nautica edition.
Or this Ford DelRey Landau
Computers are awesome. But the paint brush has withstood thousands of years and will continue to do so. A painting almost always appreciates over time. While computers live fast and die young.
