The season has already changed since I shot this a few weeks back. Now the leaves are all soggy and brown, but on this day they made a nice complement to this fall-colored rusty hood. Can you ID it?

Has a Jeep Cherokee feel to it, on first impression.
That was my first impression also, but the old Cherokee XJ doesn’t have recessed wipers.
I’m thinking 90s Dodge Ram pickup? Clearly the Foliage Oxide Edition.

Chevy S10. Actually no, now that I think about it- the hood on the s10 had a lip that bent down to meet the grille.
Reminds me of a first-year AMC Pacer.

I’d say with that thin “power dome” running down the middle of the hood that you are today’s winner.
Wiper arms look nothing like a Ram’s.
It has to be early 80’s because the wiper arms are argent and not flat black
The arrangement of vents on the (cracked) dash also says Ram, as does the visible antenna mast in the upper right. The base is below the hoodline, on the fender blister, which jibes with this picture.
My gosh those dashes crack all over.

Toyota hoods bent down to meet the grille….this one has an end cap that’s missing. I’ll say Comanche?
I believe that the 90s Ram attaches the plastic chromed grille to the hood instead of to the rest of the front facia. The grille appears to be missing on this one.
Yep! Trick was not showing us the lower level of the hood….I assumed it we were seeing the whole width. Sneaky.
