Simon White posts some of his superb photos from his Flickr page at the CC Cohort, and here is a sampler of his most recent posting. This only looks like a vintage photo; the stroller is the giveaway.

I know I’m a bit thick sometimes, but are these pics real, or what?
I apologize, I should have answered your question, when I posted. But I was stepping out for a bit.
These are digital images photographed electronically, and altered electronically using pixel-based photo editing software like Adobe Photoshop. The tools that photographers have available to them today, is incredible.
Very talented photographer and Photoshop master! Some quite convincing ‘weathering’ here.
Outstanding Flickr galleries.
Ah thanks, you answered my previous question!
Thanks Daniel, glad you like my pictures.
Nice work! Some of these seem to be UK registered – where is Simon based?
I’m based in England Huey where some of these were taken. Some shots are from a US road trip a few of years ago, the Alfa I found on a hillside in Crete earlier this year.
Loved that “Sinclair” dinosaur!!! ((and the white Chrysler in the leader pic))
That primer grey 55 post sedan in pictures 2 & 10 would have been perfect as a stunt double in “Two Lane Blacktop”.
Feels like I’m on the set of a Coen brothers movie.
Many appear staged to make a statement.
Great images staged or not. Staging photos is part of the creatine process.
Someone please save that Alfa.
My comment regarding the Coen Bros was a sincere compliment. For me photography is more about the feeling an image gives me. Like I walk up to that sweet Chevy with the swamp cooler, compliment the owner and I ask him what year it is. Only it’s Anton Chigurh. He’s tossing a quarter in the air and demands that I call heads or tails. No exceptions. Those that have seen No Country For Old Men will know what I’m talking about. The cars and trucks are great but it’s those tumultuous sky’s that pull me inside.
Great work!
Wow, thanks my friend! The Coen Bros reference is the best compliment I could have hoped for. Photography for me is all about atmosphere and emotion not technical perfection, so thanks again for “getting” my images.
For those of you who haven’t seen No Country For Old Men, drop everything and go stream it now.
Some other images from my Flickr page if anyone’s interested.
