I was wondering where they got tires that big. They don’t appear to be tractor tires either. Note that the front and back aren’t quite the same either.
Those tires reminded me of this classic Donald Duck cartoon, where Donald comically over inflates his new car’s tires (he doesn’t realize he’d won it). The rest of it looks more like the car Huey, Dewey, and Louie drive though.
I have some old car mags that have some hot rods of the time on the large wheels and tires. They were mostly referred to as Beach Buggys.

It kind of reminds me of the antique fire trucks that were made into speedsters. King sized cool.
